BATTERIES

Changing out your Pager is a Simple Process. Look on the Back of your equipment there should be a Label containing the Frequency, Baud Rate and Capcode. ie, BN1200-1111111. The B= Your Frequency N=Pager Type, either N=Numeric or  A=Alpha. 1200= Baud Rate and then a 7 digit Capcode that is unique to your equipment. Fill in the appropriate information and submit. You Should receive a test page within 15  minutes. This Service is only available during regular office hours.    Monday Through Friday 8:am to 5:00.

CHANGE OUT

Long Distance Accounting Codes. Please have the following information available. (1). Account Number (2) Account Name (3) Contact Name. Codes may be added/changed or deleted. Please allow 24 hours. This service is only available during regular business hours. M-F 8-5

SPARE PAGERS

Order Spare pagers. ACI customer accounts with 10 or more pagers are encouraged to keep spare pagers in your stock.  Spares can be used to replace Lost/Stolen, or Repair or Damaged Equipment. As Spares are delivered we will pick up any change outs that you have done.
